The year 2XXX ── humanity heads for space once more
A hundred years after the meteorite impact, armed with the relics of those who came before,
a space race for national prestige is about to begin.
Get ahead of everyone and win the space race of a new era!
Even space exploration has to be cost-effective now! MINIMUM JOURNEY is a board game about the tension of deciding how many cards to draw, and about building a deck from cards whose effects are all unique.
In the year 2XXX, a meteorite impact nearly wiped out humanity. The researchers working on space development were hit as well, and it seemed that humanity's journey into space had come to an end. One hundred years later, however, humanity has made a dramatic recovery and is enjoying peace. Scientists of the new era have begun building space exploration ships to make good use of the space technology their predecessors left behind. And so the space race has started again, with each nation's prestige on the line.
You are an astronaut entrusted with your nation's exploration ship. You must build a better ship faster than the other nations and collect relics. Take too long building your ship and another nation will get there first. But a ship with a short range will never find the most valuable relics. Which nation will put the recovered relics to use and be the first to set foot in uncharted space? Win the space race of a new era in MINIMUM JOURNEY.
The full rules are in the English rulebook (PDF).
